Position : Customer Service/Warehouse Assistant (full time)

Location : Butterworth/Penang

Jobscope :

• Liase with customer email enquiries and phonecalls
• Process orders, forms and requests and return items
• Manage customer accounts, interactions and transactions
• Assist in administrative, stock count, marketing and communications aspects where required

Working hours : Monday- Saturday. 9am-6pm. Able to stretch your hours when meeting deadlines.
